question about Satellite TV for PC

is this program legit? supposely it turns your pc into a satellite tv with just internet connection.

i find that hard to believe.

nvm, I got something called VLC media player.... my friend turned me to this "video shout cast" feature.

go to view, playlist, and open shoutcast tv....

pet tv is funny... but check out
DPRK North Korea TV.... boy, talk about propaganda.
