question about SATA hd's

i was looking into some hard drives for my new system, and i was wondering what the difference is between a SATA interface and a SATA150 interface. can anyone inform my newbie self? thanks a lot.

They're the same (not to mention equally worthless right now, for the most part); SATA 150 is the full name with the 150 MB/s transfer rate quoted in it.

You don't think better airflow through the case is worth having sata drives?😛

Eh... you can mess around enough with the ribbons (which are more durable anyhow) to get ample airflow, if you're not lazy.
