if i run a website for public use, how do i know if i need a link to legal stuff like the Terms of Use and Disclaimer stuff?
am i suppose to write my own or do people hire lawyers to write it for them?

i don't think my website is gonna be very popular as it's targetted only for DJ's... but i just don't wanna get sued for providing a free service...
