Question about Robert Miles' "children"

I swear I have racked my brain for years over this, but I can't seem to remember when I first heard it, and I seem to remember it being in a movie.

I believe they used his "Fable" track in the trailer for "Ever After" but I too can't remember where I first heard "Children"...

I swear I have racked my brain for years over this, but I can't seem to remember when I first heard it, and I seem to remember it being in a movie.

So I know I'm crazy for even reviving this, but this is the closest in my search for others that remember this particular song and hearing it in a theatre the first time.
I can tell you in my local movie theatre at that time (had to be early 2000's if not 2000 exact) they played Children as a background song before the advertisements and trailers even came up for the movie. I don't know if this was just a small amount of theatres or just my local one but that's how I first heard the song and I don't have friends from that time period to cross reference. It was the Kaufman Astoria movie theatre (Queens, NY).
