Question about RMA's and your expectations as the end user

Does it not stand to reason that as a consumer you expect an RMA to mean that you will receive a replacement of the defective product and not for the company to waste your time trying/attempting to repair the product you sent?

and MSI is one of those such companies that repairs your mobos Instead of replaces.

Yes, But they dont give a crap. I buy something new, it does not work. They send me a used one.

From personal experience it depends on the company MX2times, what are you RMA'ing and to whom?
