Question about RMAing an abit mb

I have the following questions.
1. Does it have to be broken? (I'm wondering if they can replace it with a newer revision.)
2. Do I have to include everything when RMAing it?
3. How long does it take until i recive it back?

1. Doesn't have to be broken, but you have to say it is.
2. Yes, you must include everything, included IDE, USB cables, manual and disks.
3. Depends on the vender. Microbarn says current wait is about 3 days after they receive it.
