Hey guys, I am still at my first company after college.

My basic progression was... networking intern --> temp network support --> network support lvl 1 (when I was hired...) --> network admin (recent promotion)

The difference between intern and temp is a lot.... between being a temp and getting hired is a lot too.

The difference between network support lvl 1 and network admin is none really. Would I still split this up? If not... how do I get that on my resume for dates as there would be gaps?

admin is well over level 1 support IMO. On your resume you should list all the dates of promotions you have received since you have little work experience, this will give the next hiring manager a better view of your progression. Good Luck. Are you just keeping your resume up to date or are you actively looking for another job?

It's all about your job duties that you do. Listing out the titles are good way show that you progress in the company, other than that, many titles are useless IMHO.
