Question about regulating speed of case fan

I just purchased a 92mm Vantec fan to mount on the side of my case to help cool my 8800. My question is, I have an old Thermaltake PCI slot speed controller that came with a 120mm Smart case fan. How would I wire the fan controller to work with the Vantec fan?

The Thermaltake fan controller has red and black wires and a mini 2-pin plug. The Vantec fan has your common 4-pin pass through molex connector. Any ideas?

Sorry, I knew I was going to have to do some splicing....I was just curious how I would wire it up. Should have been more specific in my original post.
