Question about ratings... wich one is the best, 1 or 10 ?

Cause... sometimes I give good ratings to people that deserve and now I am wondering something... LOL... I always presumed that 10 was the best... is that it ? (crossing fingers... I hope it is !!)

Hey, c'mon... I always though ratings were very usefull... but when people rate just for the fun of it... it becomes irrelevent.
