Question about ram

Ok I figured out Im getting a p4s333 a 1.6a and I was pretty sure I was getting kingmax 2700 ddr from googlegear for like $94 but that seems alot when MUSHKIN BASIC RAM 512mb of it is only $122 .... what I need to know really is how good this mushkin ram ocs? I need to go to at least 150 fsb ... id prefer cas 2 of course but Ill take whatever... This mushkin is a really good price hopefully it would work well....
