Question about ram

I was looking for some PC4000 ram and came across this it is priced lower than other sticks I have seen but seems to have the same timings.

My question is this ram any good or is it cheap ram that will blow out on me.

Also, it says 256mb in a single-channel configuration. Does this mean that that's a kit of 2x256 modules?
