question about ram settings

is it better to run my ram with 166 divider at 2-2-2-5 or at 1:1 at 2.5-3-3-10? what is the performance difference?

Run Sandra with buffer and without it but other threads have explored this and shown there isn't a huge difference in memory performance. Do a search and you will find it. I am sorry I don't remember who did the original comparison of latency versus bandwidth for the AMD64. It might have been Duvie

It will be better to run your RAM at 245 Mhz 1:1 with 2.5-3-3-10 timings.

Thanks guys, thats what i have running right now.. i'll be mainly using my rig for gaming.. i heard the bandwidth will help out
