Here is what I have:
SL-75FRN2 Soltek nForce2 Ultra 400 Motherboard

In the user manuel it talks about:

Dual Channel DDR Ram must have the same size,DRAM tech...Right now I have:
512 MB Samsung PC3200 CL2.5
512 MB Corsair PC3200 CL2.5

Now my motherboard has 3 sockets for RAM:
2x DDR 400/333/266mhz slots
1x Master Dual Channel DIMM Slot

Now my question is: I want to upgrade my RAM. I have 2x512now..I was wondering if I could buy a 1GB stick (PC3200 AZEN) and stick it in the Master Dual Channel slot. This slot in the manual is called DIM3.
I dont care about the dual channel bandwith.

Will there be compatability issues since I will have a 1x1GB and 2x512 sticks in my system?
Is it a problem if this RAM is CL3??
Would I be better off if I just bought 512RAM instead?
Thanks

You might want to check with the Crucial memory configurator. It's pretty good at telling you what your mobo can use successfully.
