If i'm running a P4 2.8c processor with an Abit IS7-E mobo what ram should I be using? I will not be overclocking at all.

Corsair 3200LL. Runs at the same speed as your board, and with tight timings. That's if you're planning on no overclocking.
 
Crucial makes some good memory too, especially if you are not overclocking. You need PC3200 memory, sometimes called DDR400.
