In your opinion, at what point, or is there a point where comments stop being racist and start adhering to the law of statistics?

People are going to cry ***ism no matter what. If they don't like what you're saying, they're going to cry ***ism about it, even if it's 100% true and backed up with indisputable evidence.

Stereo-types aren't just made up... they are usually based on statistics. Stereo-types almost always have a large kernel of truth underlying them... whether it is a white, black, asian stereo-type.

I've actually seen white supremacists try to use biological explanations to prove their superiority over other races. Pretty sad really.

true that stereotypes are based on some underlying truth but that same truth is not applicable in every situation...thus it is not a 'universal' truth and merely an observation of a particular instance by a particular person
for instance it is a stereotype that asians are smart but not every asian is smart

Hell, many people in this country aren't even educated enough to believe in evolution, so how could you explain to them that different races of humans evolved in reaction to different conditions?

For a stereotype to hold true, it doesn't need to hold true in every instance, just most instances. The stereotype about Asians being good at math obviously won't apply to every Asian on Earth, but Asians as a whole do outscore every other race in math tests.
You might say that "wasps sting" or "dogs bark", but I'm sure that you can find instances where this doesn't hold true. Once again, it only needs to be right most of the time for the stereotype to be useful.

can someone provide a list of "races" because i tend to get confused about nationalities vs races
if i say most french people smell bad, is that "racist" or "nationalist" or what?
what about if i say most black people enjoy playing basketball? seems quite true for "american black people" but not "african black people" right?
i'm confused...
