If it took place in front of customers, that would be grounds for termination. Most retail companies wouldn't think twice about termination if customers were within earshot or if the customer was involved (again, that would probably depend on what was said)

Well I put in my two weeks this morning and they said I could just leave. I no longer work there (Woot!). Now I just gotta find a new job. Im thinking of getting a job with a cell phone company. Im good at sales and I hear they make pretty good money. Anyone have any experience with that?
