Question about PSU Fan speed monitoring plug

I have an antec 430W psu with a fan speed monitoring cable and an Abit Fatal1ty mobo.
I don't know where to plug in the cable.

The manual doesn't describe how to install any such cable, and it might be because the mobo ships with fan speed monitoring software.

Basically, I'm wondering if I should/need to plug in the psu fan speed monitoring cable, and if i do, where i plug it in.

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

You dont need to plug it in, all it does is allows you to see what the speed is.

If you want to use it, just plug it into any fan header that supports monitoring. If youre not sure which fan header to use just plug it into any one and see if the fan monitor picks it up. No harm done if its not a monitored header, it just wont show.
