Question about proving one conjecture by using another.

I have a simple proof of Legendre's Conjecture that relies on the truth of Andrica's Conjecture.

Also, I can prove the opposite---Andrica's Conjecture is true, if Legendre's Conjecture is true.

Is there any way to resolve this circular reference?

I suspected this was the case. I needed Legendre's Conjecture as part of another proof and created a simple, forehead slapping proof for it. I had forgotten Andrica's Conjecture and re-discovered it when I was looking for a proof to cite. Oh, well. Back to the drawing board...er...PC.
