Question about propane...

I recently acquired a tent camper and I am trying to get the propane system working. Propane is coming through the system since a match near a burner blows away from the burner. But it doesn't light? The Menards guy said the tank might have really low pressure and since it is many years old he might be right.

Any ideas?

Trying inhaling as much propane as possible..then light a lighter and blow...that should do the trick...

um...seriously, I have no clue...sorry.

Try a new tank? Are you saying that the match gets blowen out by the propane? That doesn't sound right maybe your propane tank is full of air.

Well the flame on the match is blow away from the burner. Where supposedly propane is coming out of.

He's right, you sure the tank is good and not full of air? Careful with that stuff...wouldn't want you to become PorBoomo!
