I'm trying to get my info clear on Proposition 54. My main question regards health care.
If health care systems aren't able to get data about race/ethnicity, how will they know what type of people suffer most from certain diseases? Like let's say that Latino women have a much higher chance of getting breast cancer. Wouldn't it be nice to know that information so that they can look into why that is and how they can treat that?
Or would they still be able to find out this information if Prop 54 passed. I'm just a little unclear as to how much this would hurt health care, and possible other things such as education and law enforcement.
