Question about Prime95 stress tests

The Wikipedia entry for Prime95 says that the general testing method is running it at 8-8 and then at 2048-4096 with the "run FFTs in place" box unchecked. I finished the 8-8 10 hour test, and for the second one I unchecked the box, but it says something about how much memory to use. It's currently at 767 megabytes, should I adjust this if I've got a complete gig of RAM?

EDIT: Maybe this is the wrong board to post this in? Should I put it somewhere else?
