Has anyone used priceline here? I'm going to take a trip to Seattle next month and I was going to use priceline for air + hotel.

I have had some great luck in the past getting super deals on Airline tickets. The only problem is that you can't select the exact travel times...or at least you couldn't when I used them.

Yes. Any other questions?

Well, I was wondering what peoples' experiences have been, positive/negative/neutral? Would you use it again?

Positive, for the most part... but that was when I was in college, without a rigid work schedule. If you don't mind not knowing when your take-off time is, I say go for it. I'd also check out Hotwire if you haven't already. Good luck!

I used it once, for subsequent trips to PA I used United.

I prefer to pick & choose the exact times/dates I fly.

I would use Priceline for hotel and car rental but NEVER for airfare.

I'm still disputing my priceline catastrophe from September 2002, if i could go it all over again I would have used Orbitz.com

Hotel bookings work well but make sure you get input on what the hotel is really like. Priceline tends to rate 2 star establishments as 4 stars quite often.

me too, plus the savings wasn't significant enough to me t give up the ability to pick my depature times.I may look at them for hotel deals though for my upcoming trip.
