I was told to try PowerStrip to overclock my Radeon 64 mb ddr card. Does anyone know if the program monitors the temperature of the video card. My card's memory and processor are each currently running at 182.25 Mhz. How high can I safely take those up to? I noticed that PowerStrip lets you overclock up to 242 Mhz for memory and processor. Any suggestions?

Powerstrip is used to modify refresh rates, clock/core memory frequencies, gamma, among other things, but it does not monitor temps on a vid card. For nVidia owners who experience darkness in games, PS is a great tool to have. I've used it for...hrmm...not even sure how long now, but when I reformat, it's one of my first downloads.

PowerStrip doesn't monitor the temp of a card for the simple reason that it's very few gfx-cards that have temp sensors. There's a few, for example Asus cards and they come with special software from the manufacturer to measure the temps.
Just go as high as you can before you start to get artifacts, try running some games, artifacts will usually show up in 3d-games before in 2d Windows programs. If you computer freeze because of too high an oc just reboot and choose a lower setting.
