Question about powerpoint

1) If I use a movie file or music file in a powerpoint presentation, but i want to burn it on a CD and play somewhere else, how should I burn the CD, and would I just change the link on the powerpoint to d:\ instead of using the harddrive?

2) If the computer has to think to play the movie or mp3, and lags, will it effect my timers, like I have a song playing for only 20 seconds before the slide changes, if it lags for 2 seconds while loading the mp3 will it cut short?

1) burn qany audio or vid file to teh CD and then copy them to the comp you want to present off. works better this way
