Question about Power Supply Installation.

for instance. Antec Truepower 430. http://www.antec.com/us/pro_details_powerSupply.php?ProdID=20430 The 2nd fan is on the top, but we place it on the bottom. So that is upside down.

Another thing is that the primary fan is on the left and the sticker is on the left, looking from rightside up as shown in the picture. But we cases have a cutout for the fan on the right and the sticker wouldn't show if we did it rightside up.
 
Manufacturers show their PSUs in ads "upside down" to draw attention to the second fan. If they showed it "rightside down", the bottom fan wouldn't visible. If you look at the back of their cases that come with PSUs, you can make out that the orientation is with the second fan down.
