Question about power requirements

Im considering upgrading my system shortly but Im a bit worried whether or not my psu can handle the upgrade. This is what I'll be running:

intel i7 920 (will oc eventually)
asus rampage II extreme
6gb ocz platinum (3x2gb) DDR3 1600
x-fi fatal1ty soundcard
2 hd (36gb raptor + 1tb black cavier)
evga gtx 285
standard samsung sata dvd drive + 5 fans

my current psu is the corsair CMPSU-620HX from way back when the conroe's came out. Anyone know how it will handle the above hardware? I used a psu calculator on some website, but honestly I dont trust it and I have no idea how to calculate this stuff myself. Thanks for the help.

yeah only one..I didn't think it would be a problem since Im already running an oc'd 8800gtx in my current machine.
