Just wondering, a few years ago I was arrested by an officer who happened to know a family i was close to. The arrest is irrelevant now as i was found not guilty, but I know that this officer told the family i knew all about the arrest and the supposed circumstances. Is he able to do that? I only recently found out when my buddy brought it up when i was in town visiting. Just feels wrong to me, but i would like to know if that sort of thing is allowed. I only ask because i would love a bit of spite as i know he is trying to get into the SS, and if that sort of thing would hinder his securty clearance... but if not, meh. lmk or point me in the direction i need to go, thx in advance.

they are allowed to say anything they want. The only exception I could think of would be if it had to do with an ongoing investigation.

thats what i figured, oh well. the mind idles on vacation and thoughts of vengence begin to surface :) just felt a lil violated, but from when i met him before i always got the feeling he didn't like me. Must have made his day to be able to blab that tidbit.
