Question about plextor 16X

my bios detects it as PIO mode 4. Shouldn't it be UDMA 33?? can i fix this?

There is a jumper setting (near where you choose master/slave) labeled "Reserved" - you need to put a jumper on it.

well i checked and they have provided with one extra jumper. Don't know why they don't have a Factory set up of UDMA 33.
