Question about Performance Difference in Win2k

I'm still new to Win2k and was wondering if there is any performance difference (games, applications, what have you) between the different user settings (ie: Administrator, Power User, Guest).
 
Dude that is a very long question to answer but since I just passed my 70-210 here it goes:
Administrators Group have full unretricted access to to all resources on the computer.
  • They can install the OS and any additional resources.
  • Install service Packs
  • Configure System parameters
  • Take ownership of files and folders
  • Monitor and maintain system and auditing logs
  • Backup and rstore the system

Users Group for the most part are restricted to can run programs that are installed by the Admins They have full control over the files that they create but they cannot remove any programs installed by others users. they also cannot monkey around with they system. Basically if your in the user group you can do what the admin guys allow you to do which aint much They have read only permission for almost the entire system. and they are allowed to shut the system down.

Guest Group is a security account that is not enabled by default. ( just like Windows NT) its for users who need one time access to the system. about all they can do is read and shut down the system

The Power Users Group are basically like mini Admin Guys they can do all of the functions of the Admin Group. except for thos that are Specifically reserved for the Admin Group. i.e. they cant look at your data unless speciffically granted that permission to access it from the Admin Group

They can:
  • Install progs that dont overwrite operating system files
  • Install progs that dont add system services
  • Create and mange local user accounts/groups
  • Start and stop services that are not cofigured by default
  • Customize and configure printers and other system wide services in the ctrl panel

Backup Operators are just like thte name implies operators that are allowed to back up and restore the system.
