Question about PC100 versus PC133 memory

I am upgrading from an old ABIT BH6 (Ver 1.01) to the BF6. I have generic pc100 ram in the BH6 but will be overclocking above FSB of 100mhz with the BF6 (soft menu III using a PIII 700 or higher). Will all PC133 SDram that I see (kingston valueram, viking etc) rated as PC133 work in this motherboard? Also, what is a good value pc133 sdram that is recommended? Thanks

PC133 would work, although usually valueram and the generic stuff does not do CAS2 and is poor for any memory timing above 133MHz.
