Question about PayPal Accounts...

I currently have a "Premier" Account that I've had for about a year, but I'd like to switch to a "Personal" Account so I dont get charged for receiving non-CC funds. Is this possible, or will I have to close the account and start a new one?

Yes it is possible, you will need to downgrade your Paypal account from Premier to Personal.

Or open a 2nd Paypal account (which requires a different e-mail and bank account).

My wife has two Paypal accounts. One premier and one personal.

don't forget that personal accounts can only send / receive so much per month
