question about panaflo's

They're made for 24V operation, so running them on a 12V header is like running a 12V fan on 6V... it's going to run at about 50% speed.

Whether it's safe to plug into your header is uncertain. What's its amperage draw listed as?
 
I tried testing some 24v fans today, panaflo, papst... and they ran all the way down at about 5v. died around 3v.
