Ozzy's voice is as crisp and clear as it ever was (listen to Black Label Society - StillBorn, he sings the particular song) I don't think its from synthesizer's.

Phil Collins? Umm.. does he have a voice that sounds unusual to you for some reason?

On both, i can hear the reverb, but i wouldn't consider that too bad
