Question about overclocking a Radeon 7850...

I picked up a Sapphire 7850 OC Edition card for a friends PC. I would like to OC it a bit to get it close to 570 performance, and i just need to know if I have to mess with the "Power" slider in CCC when i'm adjusting clock. The GPU clock speed of Sapphire’s OC edition is set at 920MHz and the memory speed is 1250MHz, and I'm aiming for 1ghz / 1350.

For an 80MHz overclock on that card, I don't see a real need to move the power slider, don't think that card will draw enough power. On the other hand, it won't hurt and will ensure the card doesn't get throttled if it does get close to or pass the power limit.
