For the first time I can recall, I was transferred to a customer service rep in India. I didn't have trouble understanding him, but I had trouble hearing him. There was immense line noise and the volume was quite low. Is this par for the course? How can people tolerate that, if so? I had to hold my hand over my ears and speak loudly just so he could hear me, but he didn't speak loudly at all so I could barely hear him. I complained about it twice but he just ignored me. This was Best Buy customer service, if that matters...
