i have a Via P4PB400 - FL and i am using the onboard sound. the sound is good for my purposes but i dont know if i would get better performance by buying a audigy or hercules game theater. i heard that some onboard sound have higher cpu usage than others and i dont want my sound to use up too much of my cpu. how does my sound rate in that regard to other systems and soundcards? like i said i am not as much into sound quality as i am into system performance.
