Question about older laptop

I have a Fujitsu E6520 PII 400mhz, it work like a champ but I need a bigger HD. What are the chance that it will support a 2.5 20gb int HD?

im sure you wouldnt have any problem as long as its the same size (not GB's but size) as your current one.

you should have no problem hardware wise. But I think Win 98 has a limitation on HD support whereas Win2000 or Xp will not. WIth a P3, win2000 should run no problem.

i changed out the HD in a Compaq Contura 486DX about 5 years ago (maybe 7-8 ... it was a lonnng time ago) so I doubt something so much more recent should give you trouble...

How much RAM do you have? Win2k will run on the older system but you want at least 128MB RAM.
