Question about OC'ing a memory

I bought a system with the Corsair Vengeance LP 1600mhz 2X4GB 9-9-9-24 1.35v. I managed getting it 8-8-8-24 1600mhz and on 9-9-9-24 1800mhz without volt increase.
Which is better to stay with? Or just stay with stock if the performance difference is not big?

Buy this and you'll never have to overclock RAM again. :sneaky: On a serious note, that mild overclock you've done is not worth the miniscule gain in performance.
