Question about OC-ing BX6 Rev2 + Cel566

Overclocking newbie here...

Everytime I try to alter the clocking on this board/chip combo, it boots up with a message that the chip has been changed or is unusuable. F1 will usually take me into win98 okay without lockups, but how do I get that message to go away? Do I want it to go away or is it telling me something I should be paying attention to?
