I was thinking of picking this program up because I am constantly formatting and reinstalling my PC. I just looked online, and the new version of ghost by itself is ~$60. The System works package is only $~40 and it says it includes Ghost. Is the ghost included in the System Works package crippled, or a "lite" version? I really only want ghost, but I can't understand why the program by itself is ~$60, but when it is included with a bunch of other programs it is less? Any advice wuld be appreciated...
 
im not sure either.. but its probably marketing...

ghost is just a floppy disk. i dunno, maybe the lite version has less features. hey, if it ghosts a drive, i dont really care. ghost isnt bad though, its just copies slooooow.
 
I run System Works 2001 Pro and it has the full version of ghost.

Ahhhh...I get it. Ghost is only included in the Systemworks Pro version that is $90. That makes more sense now..I guess I will just pick up ghost..
 
Huh?? SystemWorks 2001 has Ghost on it?? I have it too--I don't have Ghost (but want it). Are you guys sure you don't have SystemWorks 2001 Professional?? Please let me know.
