Which design is newer? the 250gb or the ultras?

the 250 is a ultra. They have a new 939 board with agp, if that is what your thinking about.

The evga motherboard is nforce 250gb and 754 pins. The gigabyte motherboards have 250 gb and ultras and both are 939 and agp. So I'm asking which model is the newer one.
