Question about newly installed TPM

I installed a TPM to take advantage of FDE. Did everything on my admin account...took control, took ownership, and initialized for user. Now, when I log on to my regular user account, it shows chip is enabled, ownder initialized, but user is NOT initialized. Do I need to do this for each user account?
