Question about newer video card heatsinks

I have a ASUS V9280S video card. Do these newer video cards now days have better cooling system on them ???

Or would I get better cooling from a Thermaltake GeForce 4 Highest Performance cooler, part # A1349

They have appropriate cooling for the speed of the GPU on the card, just the same as stock fans that come with Athlon XP's.

Of course some manufacturers will put better cooling that others, allowing for more overclocking overhead.
