Question about Newegg

I made an order on Friday night from newegg for a new computer setup and the heatsink I ordered is incompatible for the motherboard I ordered. I didn't realize it until Saturday morning and they're closed on the weekends so I can't call to change it. I checked the order status and it says being prepared in the warehouse and I Emailed the sales department to see if they can exchange the heatsink for a different one with the exact same price. I don't want to have to RMA and ship it back and pay for shipping on another one. Will Newegg change the order or do I have to call them up early on Monday morning? Anyone have a situation like this before?

Given how fast Newegg normally ships, you probably won't be able to reach them in time.

What they might do is cancel the entire order you just have to go back and place it over again.
watch out though, if it's on step 2 already then they've already charged your credit card. They'll credit you back eventually but don't be surprised when you see two charges on your credit card the next month. Happened to me less then a day ago.
