EDIT: also, is there any difference between retail and OEM versions? i know in the past, oem radeons were clocked slower, but is this still true?
 
oem's should all be clocked the exact same. in terms of those you linked, the first 2 are Pros and the last one isn't. that is a pretty major difference.
