Question about Newegg CPU

I"m looking to buy a CPU. But on their site, some listed as RETAIL. And others listed as RETAIL w/heatsink/fan.

I want to buy one which already include a heatsink&fan. But aren't all RETAIL CPUs include heatsink/fan combo? How come only some of them have the "heatsink/fan" added next to it while others doesn't (even though it's a RETAIL cpu) not oem.

Yea it's confusing because some of them have like:

1.2ghz RETAIL w/heatsink & fan $150

vs.

1.0ghz RETAIL. $100

not sure which one to get cause i don't want to waste more money buying a heatsink & fan combo.

Like russ said, intel/AMD RETAIL = includes HSF even if newegg doesn't say so. OEM never includes HSF and has the short warranty.

BTW, Newegg is great. I bought from them when I was putting my home network together to help study for the MCP exams.
