question about netflix, regarding dvd in mail..

I remember (or read) somewhere that u can say that ur dvds are currently in the mail, then they will send other dvds in your queue..

where can I do this?

does this feature exists?

"report a problem". my guess is that it won't work more than a couple times before they tell you to fvck off.

i did that quite a lot, they'd usually receive the DVD a day or so later. but one day makes a huge diff!!

Someone told me they don't do that any more.
I've never seen that feature and I joined 6 months ago.
