question about myfico.com

I want to pull my credit report to see if it's improved and I was looking at www.myfico.com's fico deluxe "package" which includes all 3 reports from the 3 agencies. I saw that there are two options, a 1 time purchase or an annual purchase (which is cheaper)
I can't figure out what the real difference is between the two

What?s the difference between an annual subscription and a one-time purchase?
Both options provide you with immediate access to your current FICO scores and credit reports. The annual subscription option provides the added benefit of automatically retrieving your latest FICO scores and credit reports every 12 months.

Annual subscription = 41.85/year
one time purchase = 44.85

thanks for any info 🙂

I think the one-time just gives you a single report, but the annual lets you check it anytime during the year. I don't think there's a difference beyond that. I bought the annual a couple weeks ago, good stuff

If that's the case, you'd think the annual would be more expensive. For some reason it's cheaper. I'll probably go grab a copy since theres a 20% off coupon on it as well.

It looks like one time you get one report, annual you get one report per year, automatically, and get billed automatically, $42/year.

Sign up for the Equifax deal with MyFICO. It's about $5.30/mo after discount and gives you your EQ FICO score whenever it changes. Not the full report but at least you get your score.

I think there's a quarterly subscription, too, that gives you your full TransUnion score/report at MyFICO.

Poke around at http://www.creditboards.com for the discount codes and more info.

Oh yeah, I think I used that. They send you three emails with bills for $11.96 each.
