Question About My TV Tuner Card.

try looking at this site - virtualdub

this has software that may allow you to capture your VHS if you jack it into your tv card input - use either the rca plug or mini-din connector your card seems to have.
you will have to capture the audio from your sound card.

you may not get full screen or "full" 30fps capture, depending on your computer's speed and the abilities of your tv card.
your going to need a video editing software package to manipulate your files

should work, but it's going to be more difficult than just hitting record on your vcr...
