question about my power supply

I just got a new power supply. its supposed to be a 420W but i have a feeling it might be a 350W.

I looked at the sticker but it doesnt say what wattage it is.

here is what it says:

voltage: 115/230V

current: 10A/5A

frq 60/50Hz.

anyone know what Watt it is? Anyone know a way i can find out?

Edit: its a turbolink power supply. model # LC - a420atx
